Hello
I had MD802 Full System scanner and i want to use it to test my car
But when i connect the device with my car
The device shows “Insert the SD Card”,but actually my card is always in
the device.
I try to take off the card and insert again,it is always like this.
How to solve this problem,please help ?

After showing this two picture to factory engineer
They provide two solutions:
1.Make sure there is software in the SD card, if not sure you can format the SD Card and go to PC suit to download the software again
2.If still not work, the card may break down. You need to change another SD card and download the software to try again.
